The right solution
For companies utilizing laser cutting machines of any brand that wish to optimally manage cutting operations and material flow, as well as monitor the cutting process throughout the entire cycle, from raw material delivery to the acceptance of finished components.

Optimum production process in a few steps
You enter the office, open the Smart Production application in your browser, and… done! In moments, you receive the optimal production schedule for your cutting machines.
Need to make a modification? Want to add a new, high-priority order for a client? Just a few clicks from the office, and the necessary material is already being transported on the production floor. Cutting is about to begin.
This is Smart Production in action:
Streamlining daily operations and allocating time for team development
Thanks to Smart Production, the IT system executes routine tasks, allowing specialists to focus on assignments demanding expertise and experience.
See how we facilitate daily operations:
Technologist specialist assistance – production preparation

Quick access to NC programs:
- Cutting program management: system oversees all cutting job orders.
- Automated program import: CAD/CAM files imported directly, without physical carriers.
- Compatibility with various cutting machines: supports laser, plasma, and waterjet technologies.
- CAD/CAM software support: a flexible system compatible with various applications.
- Eliminating time-consuming file searches: process workflow optimization.
- Automatic assignment of materials, components, and cutting machines to NC programs.
- Automatic linking of NC program toolpaths to components, material, and laser type.
- Full identification of components, material, and cutting machine.
No production downtime:
- The system automatically generates a list of missing programs to fulfill orders.
- Technologists receive information on what programs they need to prepare in order to complete orders on time.
Minimizing waste:
- Maximize the use of each sheet – handling the process from booking the waste, through the program’s linkage to the booking, transporting the material to the warehouse and cutting.
Planner assistance – production scheduling

Flexible creation of production orders:
- Generating orders tied to specific ERP commands as well as those without strict linkages.
- Adaptation to diverse production scenarios.
Dynamic execution of orders in “Ad hoc” mode:
- Automatic assignment of orders to cutting machines upon the completion of preceding tasks.
- Elimination of the necessity for separate scheduling of orders for each laser.
- Automated, high-efficiency production cell with cutting machines.
Real-Time management of the order queue:
- Scheduling, re-prioritization, grouping, and splitting of orders.
- Balanced load distribution for lasers and the material warehouse.
- Rapid response to production process changes without interruption.
Automated scheduling of cutting machine operations:
- Automatic distribution of orders among the lasers.
- Prevention of downtime and overloading.
- Automatic plan update in case of cutting machine failure.
Flexible order creation – one sheet, multiple components, several distinct orders. The system tracks each cut component on the sheet separately and knows which order it is assigned to.
Automatic program selection – the algorithm selects the best program based on component overproduction and material availability in storage.
Overproduction optimization – too many components? The system will utilize them first when fulfilling subsequent orders. No more storing surplus production that cannot be used.
Different programs, lasers, sorting locations – one order
The system monitors which order the sheet metal was cut for and its current location. It is no longer necessary to cut orders only on a single laser; the process can be optimally scheduled without the risk of losing components.
Operator assistance – component sorting

Sorting assistance:
- The system assigns components to the relevant orders using color coding, thereby eliminating errors and accelerating the process.
- It controls the sequence of sheets within the stack.
- It monitors the sequence of cut sheets for subsequent sorting, always identifying which sheet is on top..
- It enables various sorting modes, e.g., by component or by order.
Quality control:
Should a component be cut with inadequate quality or be damaged, it can be marked in the system to facilitate a quick recut.
Organization of sorting zones:
- on the laser cutting machine table,
- at the access point near the cutting machine,
- at the station in the warehouse,
- in a special zone outside the system.
The system controls the process from start to finish – from the transport of the cut sheet metal to the sorting zone, through the sorting of components and their assignment to orders.
