Flexible order creation – one sheet, many details, many different orders. The system tracks each cut detail on the sheet separately and knows to which order it is assigned.

Optimizing overproduction – too many details? The system, executing subsequent orders, will consume them first. No more storing overproduction that cannot be used.
Different programs, lasers, sorting locations – one order
The system keeps track of at which order the sheet was cut and where it is currently located. It is no longer necessary to cut orders on just one laser, and you can optimally plan the process without the risk that something will be lost.
Operator assistance sorting workpieces
Sorting assistance:
- The system assigns details to the correct orders using colors, eliminating errors and speeding up the process.
- Controls the order of sheets in the stack.
- Controls the order of cut sheets, for further sorting, always knowing which sheet is on top.
- Allows different sorting modes, e.g. by detail or by order.
Quality control:
If a workpiece is cut in the wrong quality or damaged, it can be marked in the system for easy re-cutting.
Organization of sorting zones:
- on the laser cutting machine table,
- at the access point at the cutting machine,
- at the station in the warehouse,
- in a special zone outside the system.
The system controls the process from start to finish – from transporting the cut sheet to the sorting zone to sorting the parts and assigning them to orders.
