MonoTower® automated storage system
The system consists of one storage column and moving extractor shifting shelves. MonoTower® is dedicated to store small amounts of sheets (steel sheets, plates, laminates etc.). The system is equipped with a depalletiser used for the separation of sheet metal packages from pallets – storing only goods without pallets allowes to fully use the storage space. MonoTower® work management is carried out using an operator panel with dedicated software – Smart WMS Standard. The system is suitable to be installed directly by the laser cutting machine and allows to optimally use the storage space.

Operating principles
The animation shows: delivering new sheets – depalletizing – transporting the shelf to the storage column – bringing the shelf with the material to be picked up.
