TwinTower® automated storage system

TwinTower® automated storage system is a perfect solution for storing heavy tools like dies, technical instruments, test tools or spare parts. The system can be used as functional storage system in many tool warehouses ensuring safe tool storing and saving space. TwinTower® consists of two storage columns, between which the extractor moves, that transports the shelves loaded with goods to the loading-unloading station. The loading and unloading process can be executed with a forklift, jib crane or manually. The controlling of the systems is processed through our software, that can be integrated with ERP and WMS systems.

Operating principles

The animation shows: delivery of new items, transport shelf with items to the storage column, delivery another shelf with goods to be picked up to loading-unloading station.
