The company’s Polish branch in Piotrków Trybunalski constantly improves the production process and focuses on its automation. One of the latest investments was the implementation of the Mitsubishi GX-F series laser cutting machine, designed for cutting sheets with a maximum size of 3 m x 1.5 m, which is operated by the Loader system, which automates the delivery of raw sheets to the cutting table and picking up the cut elements. The laser cutting machine automation Loader has two modules operating independently of each other – loading and unloading. The loading module, equipped with a set of vacuum suction pads, a dedicated sheet separation system and a sheet thickness measurement system, delivers single sheets to the laser cutting machine table. The unloading module contains two-part forks that retrieve the cut parts from the cutting table and deposit them on a pallet. Automation of the laser guarantees high productivity in cutting and ensures comfortable and safe use for the operator. The Loader system can be integrated with laser cutting machines from different manufacturers.
