ABB Sp. z o.o. is a part of an international company, operating in automatics, robotics, and energy sectors. The company owns several Polish production enterprises, among others a factory in Przasnysz, which produces medium and high voltage switchgears.
Features
Production and completion of all components requires appropriate stock of cardboard packages. Due to fire protection requirements, it was necessary to separate storage of pallets with cardboard packaging from production zone. Available storage area was limited, co the company decided to purchase TwinTower® automated storage system, allowing for denser storage of goods. Another advantage was easy and quick access to the whole assortment of goods stored in racks from one point.
